About this apartment rental
Welcome to the Allgäu vacation home with a sauna in the large garden. This home is situated in a very quiet location (1.5 km from the town center) in Hanglange, in the Niederhöfen district, surrounded by green meadows and unspoiled nature. It’s the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in both summer and winter. The vacation rental itself is wheelchair-accessible and features a terrace with a private garden area and access to the log-cabin sauna. Guests are welcome to use the sunny lawn and the children’s playground. Strollers, bicycles, and skis are welcome to be stored in the dry garage. Your little ones will be provided with a crib, high chair, and diaper pail, and a private parking space is available for your car. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Paul Vacation Apartment, 1 bedroom, bath/shower/toilet:
The cozy, well-furnished 2-room Paul vacation apartment (62 square meters) on the first floor features a bedroom (double bed), a living room with a couch that sleeps 2, a separate kitchen with a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a radio, a telephone, a bathroom with a shower/tub/toilet, and a terrace.
On-site costs: Electricity, water, heating, bed linens, kitchen towels, and parking are included. The sauna, bathrobe, sauna towel, use of the laundry room, and phone calls are billed separately. The new log-cabin-style outdoor sauna in the garden is charged at 10.00 euros per use (4 hours). Pets upon request (max. 1 dog): 50.00 euros per pet per stay. The visitor’s tax of EUR 2.10 per adult per night and EUR 1.00 per child (ages 6–15) per night, as well as the deposit for the guest cards in the amount of 5.00 EUR per card, are to be paid in advance along with the accommodation costs. Children under 6 stay for free!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
