About this house rental
Our newly renovated, bright, and sunny 3-room Alpspitz vacation apartment (65 square meters) is ideal for 4 people. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom, featuring a Swiss stone pine wall, is furnished with a double bed. A lounge chair or a crib can be added. The large children’s bedroom has two single beds and a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm). The cozy kitchen-living room, featuring a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.), a large dining area, a couch, a radio, and satellite TV, invites you to relax and unwind. The bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the overall picture. Wi-Fi, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free of charge.
A picture-perfect vacation—in a wonderfully peaceful and open setting—because this view truly lives up to its promise: Our family-run dairy farm in the village of Lachen offers a cozy temporary home for all generations. There’s plenty of space for children to play around the house and in the barn. Enjoy social gatherings in our rustic garden house with a barbecue area. All around, the great outdoors near the nature reserve invite you to go running, swimming, biking, winter hiking, cross-country skiing, or simply relaxing. A warm welcome from your Allgäu hosts, who are happy to be there for you—as evidenced by our traditional Allgäu farm name: the Veiter family. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests—just let us know.
On-site costs: A deposit of approximately 20% is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance is due before departure and should be paid by bank transfer if possible. Check-in: 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM; check-out: by 9:30 AM or by arrangement. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or by arrangement. Wi-Fi, parking, final cleaning, heating, water, electricity, bed linens, and towels are included in the base rate. Pets allowed upon request and for a fee (€8.00 per night). Bread roll service available upon request. Cribs and high chairs are available free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of €2.10 per person/night (ages 16 and up) or €1.00 per person/night (children ages 6–15) is charged separately. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from the visitor’s tax.
