We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.
This two-story home accommodates up to 6 guests. On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a full bathroom, and an additional toilet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms and a private terrace, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Modern furnishings, natural light, and thoughtful details make this home inviting and comfortable for your stay.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (2 guests)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (2 guests)
- Living room: sofa bed (2 guests)
The accommodations are equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee - Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll
- The terrace is accessed through one of the bedrooms.
- The other bedroom has access to a balcony.
- The home has a private entrance.
- Stairs lead to the upper floor where the bedrooms and terrace are located.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
