A localização, com uma estação de metro a 1 min. O espaço era grande e com todas as funcionalidades. Limpeza impecável. Supermercado a 1min e mesmo em frente ao apartamento uma cafeteria (Rumbo) com um pequeno almoço excelente. Garagem para quem for de carro a 5 min com tarifas interessantes
Alguns pormenores de construção inacabados como os rodapés dos armários e depressões no chão. A pressão e temperatura do chuveiro. As cortinas de um dos quartos e da sala.
