Built in 1819 and most recently extensively renovated in 2025, this detached house is located in idyllic Wangermeer. Thanks to its secluded setting in the countryside, it promises a pleasant retreat—ideal for those seeking relaxation, families, and nature lovers.
As soon as you enter the single-story house, you’ll be impressed by the light-filled atmosphere, which blends historic and romantic elements with contemporary amenities.
Two separate bedrooms, featuring hardwood floors, ensure restful nights. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, sink, hand towels, bath towels (linens package), hair dryer, and mirror, as well as an additional guest bathroom with a shower, ensure a high level of comfort for families and small groups.
The allergy-friendly amenities and smoke-free environment make the stay particularly pleasant even for guests with sensitivities.
The open-concept living and dining area with underfloor heating includes a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a Nespresso espresso machine, a coffee maker, a microwave, a blender, a raclette grill, a toaster, a kettle, as well as spices and a full range of kitchen accessories—so you can prepare your meals exactly as you like. After standing vacant for several decades, the historic, protected farmstead was extensively renovated and brought back to life with great attention to detail. The old bricks, the original wooden framework, and the massive beams were preserved—they continue to define the special atmosphere of the farmstead and each apartment to this day.
Behind the historic walls, eight unique vacation apartments have been created, combining modern comfort with timeless design.
