ENJOY THE VIEW! Tucked away on a quiet street and just minutes south of Powell River, this SELF-CONTAINED UPPER LEVEL OF HOUSE offers a view so close you can hear the ocean!
Enjoy morning coffee or an evening barbeque on your full length covered deck. Appreciate breathtaking views of the Malaspina Straight right up to the shores of Texada Island. Watch eagles soar and deer graze as they make their routine visits to our orchard.
NOTE: THE OWNER OCCASIONALLY OCCUPIES THE PRIVATE SUITE BELOW.

The space
Complete with a large country kitchen and set of full size appliances you can enjoy your meals either inside or outside on the deck. Our 3 bedrooms will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests; each bedroom with a large picture window. Cozy up at night to enjoy your favorite movies and video games on a 70-inch Samsung SmartTV complete with wifi.
