Welcome to our cozy, up-to-date one-bedroom apartment in the heart of central Austin! Conveniently located near Town (`Lady Bird`) Lake, downtown, and UT Austin, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your Austin adventure.
Our second-floor garage apartment is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The full kitchen is stocked with updated housewares, making it easy to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. The dining area is ample, perfect for enjoying a meal or getting some work done. Unwind in the reading nook with a good book or catch up on your favorite shows.
The bedroom features a comfortable bed with updated linens, ensuring a restful night`s sleep. A full-length mirror is available to help you get ready for a day out in the city. The big closet provides plenty of storage space for your belongings.
Newly Updated: We`ve recently added a brand new washer and dryer to make your stay even more convenient!
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the kitchen, dining area, reading nook, and bathroom. Parking is a breeze with off-street parking available right beside the apartment at the end of the common driveway. Simply pull through the driveway to the back and around the corner, and you`ll find yourself right at your front door.
After booking, you`ll be provided a link where you can upgrade your stay or claim exclusive FREE PERKS (yes, even FREE LOCAL BEER 🍻). Off-street parking is available right next to the apartment.
We`ve equipped the home with updated housewares and linens for your convenience.
Brand new washer and dryer available for guest use.
Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
