*Amazing view of the Gulf from the private, 37 foot wide, wrap around balcony.
*Inside or outside dining. Full table and chairs on the balcony as an option.
*Private beach access, a few minutes from your room (remember the elevators).
*Recently renovated and redecorated. Custom made furniture throughout the unit.
*Daily beach setup-2 chaises+umbrella. This is an optional service, but included with your rental.

Splash resort is on the western (quieter) side of town, but only 2 miles from the popular Pier Park area. This is where you'll find over 100 restaurants, shopping, and amusement activities. Splash resort amenities include:
* 2 large pools, heated in the winter.
*Lazy river with float rings.
*Hot tub.
*Full water park under the shade for the kids: Slides, water cannons, timed bucket waterfall.
*Watch the kids play in the shade while grabbing some rays on the poolside chaises.
*Full fitness center.
*Poolside tiki bar and grill.
*Restaurant overlooking the pool and water park.
*New in 2026. Multiple vending options for a snack, beverage, or forgotten personal care items.
*Reserved private parking for guests and owners.
BOOKING DETAILS:

It was the best stay we have ever had. He is very easy to communicate with. The place has a great view. It was everything and more. We will stay again.

The place was awesome! Very spacious and amazing view on the corner of the building. Being on level 1 was great as we were able to just walk down the stairwell and avoid the long elevator waits. There was a minor hiccup but the host was great and exceeded expectations in making things right. Amazing amazing and would definitely go back!
