Cocoonr agency offers this charming 40 m² air-conditioned cottage with shared swimming pool in Solliès-Toucas to rent for up to 5 people.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchenette, equipped with, amongst other things: a Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps one) and a single bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outdoors:
- A 10 m² east-west facing terrace with furniture and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days.
- A private, unfenced outdoor area of approximately 50 m² with no neighbours opposite
The cottage is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Outdoor facilities, part of the estate:
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions)
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), subject to a charge, open from June to September
- A snack bar is available from May to September, serving fast food.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private car park (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate.
Please note that this is not directly in front of the chalet, but in a communal car park for the residence, which is within walking distance.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, about a 5-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about a 25-minute drive away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (advertisement and booking management service) and La conciergerie d'Emmy (concierge/housekeeping service).

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for the next guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use

- Car park: As the grounds of the holiday complex are on a slope, please allow a few minutes’ walk with a slight incline between the car park and the chalet.
