Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned cottage for rent in Solliès-Toucas, complete with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a 20 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a garden of approximately 20 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a TV and a sofa bed
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 1) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 15 m² east-west-facing terrace with furniture and a sun lounger to enjoy the fine weather.

The cottage is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Outdoor facilities, part of the estate:
- Shared outdoor swimming pool, unheated, with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions)
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), subject to a charge, open from June to September
- A snack bar is available from May to September, serving fast food.

Activities:
- Walks in the Forêt des Maures: explore picturesque trails in the heart of a forest renowned for its cork oaks, waterfalls and streams
- Visit to Solliès-Pont Castle, a 13th-century medieval building offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains
- The Provençal market in Solliès-Toucas, ideal for discovering local specialities

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private car park (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate.
Please note that this is not directly in front of the chalet, but in a communal car park for the residence, which is within walking distance.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, approximately 5 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- A cot is available in the accommodation.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Car park: As the grounds of the holiday complex are on a slope, please allow for a few minutes’ walk with a slight incline between the car park and the chalet.
