About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 40 m² air-conditioned cottage with swimming pool in Solliès-Toucas to rent for up to 5 people.
It comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). We’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV and a sofa bed
- An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: a Tassimo coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: with a bunk bed (sleeps 1) and a single bed
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 15 m² east-west-facing terrace with furniture and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days all day long.
The cottage is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Outdoor facilities, part of the estate:
- Shared, unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting)
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), available for a fee, open from June to September
- A snack bar is available from May to September, serving fast food.
Activities:
- Walks in the Forêt des Maures: explore picturesque trails in the heart of a forest renowned for its cork oaks, waterfalls and streams
- Visit to Solliès-Pont Castle, a 13th-century medieval building offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains
- The Provençal market in Solliès-Toucas, ideal for discovering local specialities
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private car park (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate.
Please note that this is not directly in front of the chalet, but in a communal car park for the residence, which is within walking distance.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, approximately 5 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Car park: As the grounds of the holiday complex are on a slope, please allow a few minutes’ walk with a slight incline between the car park and the chalet.
