About this villa rental

Charmante villa en pierre, dans son propre domaine privé de 16000 m², cadre très paisible. Belle vue, avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la vallée. Salon de jardin avec pergola. Piscine privée (6,5 x 3,5 x 1,5 m de profondeur), clôturée, à disposition des locataires (24/24h). Transats et parasol mis à disposition. Entretien et vérification hebdomadaire.
Nature préservée. Idéal pour la marche.
A 2.5km du village de Solliès-Toucas, 3.5km des supermarchés. A 15km de Toulon et Hyères sur la côte.
Deux chambres (1 lit double - 2 lits superposés) ; 1 lit bébé, 1 chaise haute, 1 parc à disposition. Salle de bain et WC séparés.
Cuisine entièrement équipée : lave-linge (linge et lave-vaisselle Siemens), four à chaleur tournante, four micro-ondes, plats, moules à gateaux. Salon confortable. Ventilateurs mis à disposition.

Téléviseur avec abonnement Orange, Wifi gratuit, lecteur DVD et quelques DVD mis à disposition, poste radio avec lecteur CD et ampli.

Pour faciliter le séjour : dictionnaires, cartes routières, guides touristiques, livres etc.

Il y a un club de tennis à Solliès Pont (5 Km).

Pensez à amener vos serviettes et draps.

The location of the characteristic house is perfect and very quite. The view from the terrace is absolutely perfect and invites you to spend hours just relaxing there. The house has eyerything you need. Barbecue, washing machine, electric grill etc. It was a little too cold for the pool but would be great in the summer. It was clean. From the house in Sollies Toucas you can go to many different places. We went to Toulon, Cannes, Hyeres but we also took interest in local parks and the beautiful nature. You should Google nearby attractions once you are there. There are many possibilities too enjoy nature. Don't be afraid of the neighbours dogs. They are very cute and not at all dangerous. Just be sure do have something to eat for them as the little one will sit next to you whenever you eat outside. OK, the house has some years on its back and the ways to and around the house are a little wild but for us it just belongs to the whole experience far away from mass tourism and typical hotel resorts. You can have a great time here.

A petty little house set up in the hills. The house was nice and clean and well equipped with everything we needed although a little dated. Pool area is lovely and private and the house is very well situated for exploring the region. We loved sharing the garden and hillside with the wild pigs and goats!

We had a wonderful vacation! The house is really nice with all the comfort you need. There is terrace where you can enjoy a great view. It was really nice to sit there to have breakfast and dinner. In the house you will find all the equipment you need. Even a barbecue that we used quite often. And we really enjoyed the nice pool with fantastic view! It was so nice at the pool that we stayed there almost the whole week. We only went once to the beach (Hyeres ) which is only 15 to 20 minutes by car. Everything was well organised by the owner of the house (information about the house, the keys and even a video with the route description to the house). It was a wonderful vacation and we hope to come back very soon!

C'est une charmante maison, très bien équipée, très propre, très calme, en un mot vraiment parfaite pour une famille qui, comme la nôtre, recherche un endroit tranquille mais proche de toutes les facilités et de la mer. Le propriétaire est également très à l'écoute de nos remarques et les satisfait. En bref, nous n'avons pas pour habitude de revenir à un endroit mais là, nous avons vraiment trouvé notre bonheur... Vivement l'année prochaine !
