A large, comfortable, ensuite room with its own separate entrance. Perfectly situated, with Letterkenny a short 7km and Glenveagh National Park together with most W/NW coastal areas an accessible 20-40km away. Overlooking tranquil farmland with the Swilly River running through the property and a formal garden in which to unwind.
The space
The house is situated on a 1.6 acre property bordered by farmland and the River Swilly. The property has an attractive, pedestrian-only bridge running through it that is part of the civil engineering legacy of Donegal. It incorporates a tranquil, picturesque, formal garden which is available to guests.
Guests have a separate, private entrance to a large, stylish room with King-size bed, TV, wardrobe, work desk and 2 comfortable chairs around a coffee table.
Through a doorway into a kitchenette with microwave, undercounter fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle which gives you the option to prepare an evening ready-meal or light breakfast/lunch. (Please note - no kitchen plumbing/sink).
This flanks a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Guests are welcome to make use of all parts of the outside property including the formal garden, the various paddocks, the river and the bridge.
