About this house rental
Spacious bourgeois house, just a 5-minute walk from the Lac des Sapins.
With its 300 m² of living space, it offers 4 large bedrooms (20 to 40 m²) and a shaded terrace for your moments of relaxation.
Outside, enjoy a wooded plot of about 2000 m², ideal for recharging your batteries.
In progressive improvement, the house retains all its authentic charm.
Originally from the village, we will be happy to advise you on local activities, including hiking or cycling.
The accommodation
The building is on 3 levels:
- The first floor is composed of a large dining room of about 45m2, a kitchen, a pantry, a TV room, a toilet and a games/reading room .
- The 1st floor is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms with mezzanine of about 40 m2 with beds on each level.
- 1 bedroom of 30 m2 with queen-size double bed + 1 single bed with bathroom
- 1 bedroom of 20 m2 with 1 double bed and a single bed.
- 1 bathroom with two showers and two sinks
- toilets
- The attic is not accessible.
The outside has a very pleasant terrace, south-facing, partially shaded, with a barbecue, table and benches to enjoy.
Traveller access
The entire accommodations are accessible, except for the attic.
Other remarks
We are new to renting out our house. In case of shortage, the whole family lives in the region, we are able to find a solution to all requests, within reason;-)
Working in commerce, we will be committed to satisfying our guests.
For sportsmen, the start of the UTBV and/or the Lac des Sapins triathlon are a few minutes walk from the start. You will find a lockable room at your disposal to store your bikes or other sports equipment.
We are located 45 minutes from Villefranche sur Saône and its Beaujolais international marathon and 50 minutes from the entrance to Lyon.
Possibility to rent a 70 m² reception room located in the building just opposite.
