Come and discover Carnac with everything within easy reach. Our new house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, halfway between Carnac town and Carnac beach. The bakery is a 3-minute walk away, the shops in Carnac beach are 5 minutes away, and the beaches are 10 minutes away. This 5-room, 140m² semi-detached house shares a wall with a double garage. Sleeps 6/8 people. PGJyPg First floor: 1 bedroom with a 160/200 bed and en-suite shower room, WC, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, food processor, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine), living room with fireplace opening onto a 20m² terrace and a southwest-facing garden. PGJyPg Upstairs: 1 bedroom with two new 90/200 single beds (can be made into a 180/200) with desk and dressing room, 1 master bedroom with a new 160/200 bed, desk and dressing room and en-suite shower room (view of the salt marshes), 1 large bedroom with a new 90/200 single bed, an antique 180/80 daybed and a pull-out bed (90/200). Also upstairs: WC, large bathroom with double bathtub Washbasin. PGJyPg Utility room with washing machine/dryer/additional fridge-freezer, garden access. PGJyPg In the garage, you will find deck chairs, sun loungers, a garden parasol, and a barbecue. PGJyPg Double parking in front of the house and two visitor spaces available.
