About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 180 m² house with wifi, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent in Carnac.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms (each with a shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made upon arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A bright and welcoming 40 m² living area, comprising a lounge with TV and an open-plan dining area.
- A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (access to the bedroom via two steps down).
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own en-suite bathroom + toilet
- A children’s bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90x190)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) + a washbasin
Adjoining:
- A bedroom with 1 king-size bed (180x200) + washbasin
- A living room with TV
- A separate kitchen
- A separate toilet
- A shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue, plancha and outdoor shower.
Outside:
- A lovely 400 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is located in a residential area that is particularly well-suited to peaceful, neighbourhood-friendly holidays.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
