We rent our freshly renovated house of 135m², very bright, with enclosed garden of 500m².
It is located in a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from Carnac town and its shops, beaches of Carnac accessible 10 minutes by bike.
Central location to radiate between Carnac, La Trinité (10 minutes by car) and Plouharnel and its wild coast (10 minutes for surfing at La Guérite).
On the first floor:
- Large living room (double east/west exposure) with a piano overlooking the mezzanine living room, the dining room and an open kitchen
- New fully equipped kitchen
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed of 140 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 2: 1 sofa bed (1 or 2 places)
- 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
- 1 laundry area/scullery with washing machine, ironing board, drying rack.
Upstairs, a landing that serves:
- Bedroom 3: 1 single bed of 190 x 90 cm
- Bedroom 4: 1 single bed of 190 x 90 cm
- Bedroom 5 crossing: 2 single beds of 190 x 90 cm and 190 x 80 cm

This is a lovely old Carnac tradititional style house very close to Carnac ville and within a 10-15m cycle of the beaches. It is a very quiet neighbourhood and also has a lovely big garden to the rear, ideal for BBQs and kids.
