✔ The entire house and outdoor area will be exclusively yours!
✔ This house is spread across the ground floor only.
✔ We welcome pets, but please do inform us before your stay (A pet fee of $250 will be applied)
✔ Guests have access to free 3-4 parking spots on the driveway.
✔ Pack ’n play, travel crib, and high chair available.

The Waterfront property is at the end of the street. The dock is not suitable for vessels.
There is a kids' playground within walking distance (2 minutes) in the neighborhood. The driveway can accommodate a maximum of three to four vehicles. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
There is absolutely NO parking on the street. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
There is absolutely NO parking on landscaping/turf.

—Trailers, RVs, and commercial vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY INTERRUPTION TO OTHER RESIDENTS OR GUESTS. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

NO SMOKING:
THIS VACATION RENTAL APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. VISITORS ARE SUBJECT TO A $500 FEE AND IMMEDIATE EVACUATION, AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL BE FORCED TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
