This high end, fully remodeled Villa, features elegant modern designs, for those with exquisite taste, located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. All you can think of, just steps away! This home is perfect for guests who want to spend their day lounging by the luxurious pool, or enjoy endless restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, groceries and all that South Florida has to offer. 2 miles from Beach/ Las Olas Blvd. 15 min from Hard Rock.
The space
Enjoy the outdoors with a gorgeous pool and private dock, overlooking the canal and endless palm trees! With IntraCoastal and ocean access, only minutes away. Have a cookout by the BBQ grill, or a drink by the loungers, all while soaking in the sun. We have kayaks for those that seek an adventure or a covered screened in patio, for those who want to sit back and relax. Enjoy amazing Florida sunsets while roasting marshmallows over the fire pit!
INSIDE SPACE

A Chef's kitchen with large island and indoor bar area. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. Thermador stove cooktop, and double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cooking pots and pans, blender, coffee maker, waffle maker, electric tea pot, utensils, glass ware.
Master Bedroom - King Bed, nightstands, private access to patio and pool, bathroom, work station/desk, chase lounger, TV with internet access, large custom walk in closet with safe.
2nd Bedroom - King Bed, nightstands, large custom closet, private bathroom, workstation, wireless printer, large double French glass doors with private access to patio and pool.
3rd Bedroom – 2 sets of bunk beds, nightstand, closet, extra seating.
Living Room – Lush pull out Sofa, coffee table, 60" Smart TV with internet and streaming access.
Dining Room - Dining table with 6 seats and 4 stools.
Indoor Bar – Countertop bar with 4 bar stools.
Laundry Room- Washer, Dryer, Folding area, extra storage, Ironing Board, Iron.
THE OUTDOOR SPACE
Step outside to find yourself mesmerized with stunning water views and a cozy private deck/patio, which is a perfect place to entertain. Seating is located for both front covered porch area, along with covered screened in patio, right next to our beautiful color changing pool. Private dock with 2 kayaks, paddles and plenty of over lit palm trees. Outdoor BBQ grill, with patio furniture and fire pit.
A two-car garage that connects to the main house with additional parking in circular driveway. Life vests, paddles, pool toys, beach chairs are all stored in garage for your convenience.
Fresh bed linens and towels for each stay, along with hand soap, paper products, as well as Ginger Lilly (sulfate-paraben free, vegan, cruelty free) shampoo/conditioner & shower gel for each bathroom.
Guest access
Private Home with private access. Home will be accessible through a Yale smart lock. You'll be provided with your own private pass code, during your stay. This home has a 2 car garage and large circular driveway, with additional parking for guests to park their cars.
Other things to note
Must provide us with details and number of people staying, so we can properly accommodate each guest. Guests must agree to read, understand and adhere to the liability waiver.
Liability Waiver:
I understand that usage of swimming/kayaks/dock is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming/kayaks/dock usage. I accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming/kayaks/dock usage and hold Owner/LLC harmless. I understand there are potential dangers that swimming/kayaks/dock usage present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, using the kayaks/dock if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, or uses the kayaks/dock while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. I agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, I may incur.
Property is equipped with Pool Rules and Caution Signs, for your own safety. The Owner/LLC will be not be held responsible for any accidents/injuries occurred in result of failure to comply.
I understand that risks discussed above and agree you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences in those in your party. I agree to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner/LLC for accidents or claims arising from swimming/kayaks/dock usage. All guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.

I rated it wrong 3 stars is what I rate it.Our host Azim, was very attentive. I give him 10 stars. I am giving it 3 stars only because our host was so good. Otherwise it would only be 3 stars.Here are the pros to our 1 month stay.The house is very nice. Furniture was nice but well worn.The neighborhood is very old but well kept, quiet and safe.The neighbors are all very sweet.It is conveniently located to shopping.It is close to Lauderdale by the Sea and beaches.It was clean, but the floors and appliances need some extra cleaning attention.Pool was nice, the back porch area was really nice to have.Now the cons:For the price of this rental, I had high expectations that our comfort would be first class. But that was sadly not the case.1 set of sheets per bedroom.Bedspread/comforters are in much need of replacement.Towels and washcloths are very stained and worn.The shower heads are terrible. Please add a hand held to them.Appliances (toaster) was so nasty I didn’t use it.Coffee maker so advanced I couldn’t use it.Dishes were embarrassing. Nothing matched, I cut my lip on a chipped glass that was in the cabinet.Cooking utensils were adequate but they didn’t have any baking pans. We could not adjust our thermostat, which we finally gave up on and bundled up or down depending on the day. We got tired of calling our host to adjust it for us. I probably would not stay here again unless the above cons were addressed.

Beautiful property, views, and overall cleanliness of the home. Asim the owner was excellent, and very responsive to correcting a couple minor issues while we stayed there.

House was a good size and had a nice pool. Tons of kitchen gadgets and basics (spices, pantry basics, condiments). Pool was small but nice.
