NEW** Private Wilton Manors Oasis w/ Games Room

Amazing place to stay! Great space, cleanliness, and spacious

When we walked into the him on the first day there was a stale cigarette smell through out the house, but strongest in the game room and primary suite. When we walked into the enclosed porch area off of the kitchen there was a very strong odor and we noticed pooling water. We cleaned up the water but it returned and appeared to be leaking from the kitchen area. We ended up not being able to use the area due to the stench and water. I advised the property manager and he said he would send out maintenance but no one ever showed up. Most of the furniture in the house had stains on them. The couches in the living room and game room both were visibly dirty besides having stains. The rug in the living room was also quite dirty with food stuck in the carpet. The beds in 3 of the bedrooms were very uncomfortable and broken in different spots. The dryer would not work at all. The pool was filled with debris when we arrived and appeared that the vacuum had not run in a while. We cleaned it as best we could. I advised the property manager and he did send someone out to clean the pool and fix the vacuum the next day. Our first night there the neighbors called the police on us. They arrived, agreed that we were not being loud and did not file a report. They advised us that they are constantly called to this property by the neighbor because the neighbor does not like having a rental next door. They also stated that the property rental license with the city had expired.
