This property is NOT childproofed or equipped for infants or young children.
There are no safety fences, alarms, special gates, or child protection devices around the pool, dock, or canal.
The pool and direct access to the canal represent significant risks, especially for infants and children.
All minors must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult, especially in outdoor areas and near the water.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from lack of supervision or use of the pool and canal areas.
The use of the swimming pool, dock, canal, and all outdoor areas is at the sole risk of the guests.
The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption, reckless behavior, or failure to follow safety rules.
Pool temperature: The pool heater can heat water up to 90 deg F (32 deg C). For your safety and comfort, the water temperature may vary slightly and may not always reach the maximum.
