The bunk bed — including the upper bunk — carries inherent risks such as falling or injury. By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and your entire party.

BUNK BED RULES
Children under 6 years old must not use the upper bunk under any circumstances.
Maximum weight capacity is 200 lbs per bunk. Do not exceed this limit.
Always use the ladder to get on and off the upper bunk. Never jump or climb the frame.
One person per bunk at a time — no exceptions.
No jumping, roughhousing, or rough play on or around the bunk bed.
Children using the upper bunk must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
If you notice any damage, loose hardware, or safety concerns, stop use immediately and notify the host.

We had an amazing stay with some great outdoor time in the heated pool. House had everything we needed - and Nikki was a fantastic host and very responsive. The new/remodeled bathrooms were really well done.

Very nice home in a great location! Host messaged me right away once my reservation confirmed. Nikki was very communicative and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything that we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 7 and my dog. Pool and hot tub were great! The 4 bedrooms were spacious and had very comfortable beds and full amenities. And the Master Bedroom- wow! Bed and bathroom are both A. No issues with the place beyond normal wear and tear. We enjoyed the patio area so much that we opted to hang by the pool instead of doing the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Nikki and her team were incredible to work with, the house we had originally booked had some storm damage and they upgraded us to this lovely property. Communication was excellent, the house was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a girls weekend!!
