The holiday flat is located on a south-facing slope between some country houses in a side street with little traffic in the village of Hinterlengau.
The outdoor area offers a large sun terrace with its own garden. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and two garden loungers. A gas barbecue with lava stones is also available. Two car parking spaces are available for guests.
The holiday flat has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 m wide), bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. A large living/dining room with corner bench, table, chairs as well as a country-style kitchen with electric nostalgia cooker and ceramic hob, upholstered corner, coffee table, wing chair with stool, antique farmhouse cupboard and an antique chest are available to guests. The holiday flat also has a fully equipped bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and a separate toilet with washbasin.
The Lengauer Hof restaurant is just a few minutes' walk from the holiday flat, as is the free ski bus. There are also horse-drawn sleighs in winter and a fun train with carriages in summer, which take our guests to the Lindling-Alm and the climbing park with the Golden Gate bridge. Hiking trails lead directly from the house to several high alpine pastures and restaurants, and the cable car is about two kilometres away. The horse-drawn sleigh area, which can be seen from the holiday flat, is just a few minutes' walk away, as is the bus stop. The nearest grocery shop is in Hinterglemm, approx. 3 km away. However, a bread roll service is offered, whereby guests are supplied with freshly baked goods at an agreed time.
The entire flat is furnished with high-quality furniture made by a carpenter. Each room is tastefully and individually decorated.
