Great apartment and close to the skiing areas
Great place. Everything was in great condition and warm and nice with the underfloor heating. Had everything we needed for a great skii trip

Excelent accommodation with very good value for money.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had all necessary appliances. There is a ski room in the basement so you can dry your boots and store the skies. The location is close to the stopes. There is a supermarket accros the road, 5 min walk. In conclusion, is all you need for a perfect vacation.

Rundum toller Urlaub!
Wir waren Anfang Februar zum Skilernen in Niederau. Der Weg zum Tellerlift (direkt von der Wohnung) sind wenige Meter! Die Wohnungen sind neu saniert mit Fußbodenheizung. Wir konnten unsere Skiausrüstung in der Garage lagern und musste so nicht durch das ganze Haus. Es gibt ein Gerät in dem man die Skischuhe trocknet - Hightech! Die Abstimmung mit Nicole und ihrem Mann war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Kleines Studio für vier Personen und Kurzaufenthalte ideal
Das Studio im Erdgeschoss hat einen separaten Zugang über die eigene Terrasse. Das Appartement ist neu und macht einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Doppelstockbett für Kinder ideal. Der Check-in erfolgte kontaktlos über eine Schlüsselbox.
Von der Terrasse im EG schaut man unmittelbar in Nachbars Garten und anders herum. Das Doppelbett war relativ weich. Die Decken und Kissen waren zu dick für den Sommer.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr schönes neues Appartement für eine vierköpfige Familie. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sessellift mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit in 2 Minuten per Auto erreichbar.
