Excellent stay

We had a great stay at the apartment. Everything was absolutely fine from start to finish. The place was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was also very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Super apartament w pobliżu SkiWelt

Świetny apartament, przestronny, wyposażony, 3 min do stacji Ski w mieście 15 min do Stacji narciarskiej w Hopfgarten i dostęp do SkiWelt , kryty parking, dzięki czemu nie trzeba odśnieżać i skrobać szyb

mieliśmy problem z odebraniem klucza ze skrytki, opis w wiadomości nie był dokładny, przed nami goście też nie umieli odebrać klucza oraz spotkana osoba przy budynku też nam nie pomogła i mówiła że wczoraj też miała problem z wejściem do budynku. Informacja o kluczu elektronicznym lub kluczu karcie pcv powinna być dokładna i szczegółowa. Automat przed wejściem nie jest intuicyjny w obsłudze.

Es ist alles vorhanden. Von Kaffeekapseln bis Spülmaschinentabs. Auch Müllbeutel können jederzeit kostenfrei nachgeholt werden. In der Tiefgarage ist für jedes Appartement ein eigener Abstellraum für Ski und Fahrrad vorhanden. Der Sparmarkt für die täglichen Dinge ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft entspricht der Realität. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist stimmig.

Ich hätte mir mehr Infos in der digitalen Gäste Mappe gewünscht, zum Beispiel ein Link zur Gebrauchsanweisung des Waschtrockners.... Mir persönlich hat die Umgebung nicht so gefallen. Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, und es gibt keine wirklich schönen Wege für Spaziergang im direkten Umfeld. Aber wer Ski fährt, kann zu Fuß zur Gondelbahn laufen. Die Holzoberflachen, besonders die Tische, müssten mal eingeölt werden.

Ładny nowoczesny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony apartament. Świetna prywatna sauna na podczerwień. Zestaw powitalny z czekoladkami (dzieci zadowolone). Kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy.

Appartement was volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens je verblijf.

Bij aankomst lagen er nog haren in de douche. Verder was alles netjes.

Soweit ok. Für den Preis hätten wir die angegeben Punkte schon erwartet.

Insgesamt hat alles gepasst. Bei Problemen beim Check-In wurde Kind sehr freundlich telefonisch weitergeholfen.

Der Boden war nicht sauber bei Ankunft. Der Esstisch sowie der Waschtisch im Bad wiesen noch Flecken (Fett, Krümel) auf. Schön wäre ein weiteres Handtuch als Badvorleger gewesen, sowie ein kleiner Abfalleimer im Bad. Der Müllraum (auf die Müllregeln wurde extra hingewiesen) sah ‚wild‘ aus. Der Biomüll war voller Maden, so dass eine der beiden Tonnen kaum anzugreifen war. Müllbeutel konnte man auch im Müllraum nachnehmen (super, kennen wir so aus keiner Unterkunft, wir haben uns immer selbst eingedeckt), schön wäre dann aber auch, wenn ab Tag 2 Biomüllbeutel vorhanden gewesen wären.

Hezké místo jako základna na výlety po horách - doporučuji

Úplně nové apartmány, krásně vybavené, pohodlné, v kuchyni vše co potřebujete na krátký pobyt. Infra sauna v koupelně byla večer po lyžování super! Umístění mezi dvěma lyžařskými středisky, kousek od bydlení lékárna a dva supermarkety kde najdete vše. Bonus je garážové stání takže ráno žádné škrábání zamrzlého auta a hned u stání i prostor na skladování lyží a bot pro každý apartmán samostaně.

Drobné komplikace při self check-inu (nešlo vygenerovat více vstupních karet) ale poskytovatel ihned reagoval na telefon a pomohl.
