Welcome to our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the prestigious PGA West Community. Looking over the 11th green of the Arnold Palmer course you will enjoy sweeping views of the majestic desert mountains, creating a truly spectacular backdrop.
Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home feature new wood-like tile flooring in the living room and primary bedroom, granite countertops throughout, wifi and 2 large flat screen TVs. The kitchen has been upgraded with new fridge, microwave and gas stove. The condo is located a few steps away from heated pools and spas in either direction.
Living and Dining Areas
The dining room offers generous seating, complemented by a kitchen bar that seats two. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a large flat screen TV and a wet bar, making it perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of golf or sightseeing.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Primary Suite: King bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Enclosed toilet room. The private patio is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee.
Guest Bedroom:Queen size bed with bathroom that can be locked off from the main hallway turning this into an ensuite. Walk in shower.
Outdoor Living
The East facing patio provides the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. In the evening enjoy sitting around the fire pit enjoying the sunset over the desert hills. There is a gas bbq and a dining table to enjoy patio dining.
There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
One parking space in the garage.
Pet friendly with a $250 non-refundable plus Airbnb service fee. The recommended weight limit for a pet in this home is under 40 pounds, but we’re open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis.
