Welcome to Oak Hill Home, a spectacular 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a den that functions as a third bedroom. Perfectly situated on the 8th fairway of the famed Palmer Course at PGA West, this classic residence offers breathtaking mountain views and unforgettable sunsets.
From morning coffee on your private patio to evenings by the fire watching movies, this home offers exceptional comfort and style. A short stroll brings you to one of the Palmer Resident pools and spas, heated year-round for your enjoyment.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
*Master Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, - en-suite with double sinks, private patio on the east side for sunrise coffee.
*1st Guest Room: Queen bed, easy access to 2nd full bathroom (also serves as powder room).
*2nd Guest Room (Den): Sofa Bed Queen size — ideal for families or groups.
** Master bedroom feature ceiling fans for customized comfort.
OUTDOOR LIVING:
Front-row views of the Palmer fairway and surrounding mountains.
Private patio with a natural gas BBQ, dining table, and seating for relaxing or reading. There are also grapefruit, orange, and lemon trees throughout the resort, and you’re welcome to pick fruit when it’s in season.

*Pets are allowed per stay ($250 Non-refundable. For Airbnb bookings, it's $250 + Airbnb service fee and taxes) The recommended weight limit for a pet at this home is 25lbs, but we're open to considering a slightly heavier weight on a case-by-case basis. If considered Pets must be on a leash at all times when taking them for a walk and must scoop their poop
