Old town La Quinta is a mile from the Resort. A decent grocery store for your everyday needs, gas station, numerous restaurants and shops. And within 30 minutes you can be downtown Palm Springs with everything it has to offer.

The condo was a good value for the area. It was smaller than i anticipated with bulky furniture in the living room and main bedroom. The condo could use some updates.

Review star ratings very important. Carpet appears old, would be better to have more ceramic flooring: 3 star. Kitchen appliances: 3 star. Dishes, silverware, cookware: 4 star. Customer service: 5 star. Beds 5 star. Living room furniture a 3 star. The walls/plaster need TLC are “tired”. Balcony and grill a 5 star. Dryer and Washer a 5 star.Location is a 5 star.
