After months of planning and anticipating you have finally arrived at your dream destination PGA West and your dream vacation has started.
Upon entering LQ 154 you first see the gleaming multi-colored marble floor leading straight to the back patio where you are greeted with the glorious Santa Rosa Mountains and Palm trees and fairways galore. The living room features a large 55" flat screen television mounted directly above a gorgeous fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. There is also a mini fridge and a wine cooler in the living room for you as well.
The dining area is right off the kitchen and also joins the living room making it a perfect open concept that the whole family will enjoy. The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances and glass paned cabinets with plenty of storage. The countertops and coordinating backsplashes all blend harmoniously with the surroundings. For your pleasure there is a Keurig and a black and decker coffee maker in the kitchen as well. There is also a washer and dryer on hand for all of your laundry needs located in the hall.
The first bedroom has a king bed with solid wood furniture and a 50 " flat screen television with an adjoining bathroom with a tiled shower with custom seat in it. The second bedroom has a king size bed and padded headboard with a 50" flat screen television and a patio with wonderful views. The adjoining gorgeous bathroom has a large marble tiled shower with seat just great to relax in after playing a round of golf. The back patio has plenty of seating for your family and a propane grill for those wonderful meals.
You will simply fall in love with the back patio views of the surrounding mountains and palm trees as you sit in the evenings with a glass of wine knowing you have finally made it where you belong!
