Take to the open sea, treat yourself to a break and let yourself be seduced by the Jade Coast for a holiday where everything is within walking distance. Your accommodation is located in the "heights of Pornic" just a stone's throw from the historic centre, enjoy its spa for a moment of relaxation for two.
"Ker Anne" is a semi-detached house of 55m² that can accommodate up to 4 people; it has been completely renovated and offers a wooden terrace with no overlooking neighbours of 15m² and an interior space with a two-seater hot tub available all year round. It has two double bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140x200 (new bedding 2026), the second with 1 trundle bed for 2 people (recent bedding 90x200). The kitchen is fitted and fully equipped so you feel at home: induction hob with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, SENSEO and filter coffee maker, citrus press, as well as kitchen necessities and utensils. The lounge – dining room is equipped with a television, a fan and WIFI connection (fibre network). A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental.

The location is situated in the heights of Pornic's historic centre and is located at:
- 500 m from the "Marché des Halles", shops, supermarket, craftspeople, art galleries, "Faïencerie de Pornic", first bars and restaurants
- 750 m from the old Port and "Château de Barbe Bleue"
- 1 km from "la Ria de Pornic" (Garden, Casino, kayaking on "Le Canal de Haute Perche") and from "Gare Pornic SNCF"
- 1.5 km from "Golf Bluegreen Pornic"
