Former fisherman's bar renovated in a 60s/70s style, this 70 m² house is ideal for a stay with family, friends or couples. Located next to the market and the port, and a 15-minute walk from the beach and the Place de la Noëveillard, everything can be done on foot.

Fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, microwave/grill, coffee makers, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, blender, mixer, kettle.
Table for 4 people, seating area with Marshall Bluetooth speaker and wifi.
Washing machine, drying racks and equipment for fishing on foot. Beach games and umbrella available.
1st floor – Chic but practical
Double room 160x200 with new bedding and interior shutters.
Bathroom and separate toilet.
2nd floor – Colourful and relaxingPGJyPg
Bedroom 2 single beds 90x200 with new bedding, double blackout curtains and electric shutter.PGJyPgPGJyPg

- Pets are not allowed.
