- An equipped kitchen (from 2015): with oven, dishwasher and induction hob
- A large Italian shower bathroom (from 2014)
- A very bright living room which opens on a closed terrace with a small garden / loggia full south.(Sofa bed of 1.4 by 1.9m)
- A TV (TNT), a washing machine, a barbecue.
- 63 m2 of terraces or gardens at the front and rear of the house including a closed storage room that can hold bicycles
- Included a closed garage in the basement

We had 2 very nice weeks in Pornic.
The house was very cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The terrace at the house was perfect for relaxing and eating together.
The park and the pool belonging to the complex were very well maintained and offered the children lots of fun.
The town centre and harbour of Pornic as well as the beach can be reached on a 10 minute walk.

Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette résidence et en même temps la proximité du port, des restaurants et l'animation pornicaise, la maison très bien équipée (cuisine, séjour, terrasse). De quoi donner l'envie de revenir !

Très bien situé à 5 min soit du centre ville soit de l'ocean et possibilité de se garer sans problèmes.Logement parfait avec tout ce qui faut et situé dans une résidence bien arborée et calme. Quoi dire de plus, pour se reposer, faire de super ballades et ne pas etre loin du monde, c'est ici qu'il faut aller.On y reviendra l'année prochaine.
