AC Haven is a stylish, fully furnished private condo designed for comfort, entertainment, and convenience. Ideal for couples, families, and small groups, the space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with flexible sleeping arrangements and thoughtfully curated amenities.
Sleeping Arrangements
• 1 Full Double Bed with a pull-out single bed underneath
• Convertible sofa in the living area that transforms into a semi-double bed
• Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets provided
Living & Entertainment
• 50” Smart TV with free Netflix
• 2-player Game Console with thousands of games
• Karaoke system with 2 microphones
• Card and board games for family and friends
• High-speed internet
• Bar table with 2 chairs, perfect as a dining or work station

Swimming Pool Access Fee (paid directly to property management):
• ₱150 per person on regular days
• ₱300 per person on holidays
Pool availability and schedules are subject to building regulations and management guidelines.
Parking is available within the building for an additional fee, subject to availability.
