The location was very nice! And the view was perfect!
There were no shelving units in the bathroom and couldn’t figure out how to turn the hot water on after it stopped working the third day, but it wasn’t ice cold so it was fine. The fridge was small and the neighbor across the hall kept setting off the fire alarms.

The Host was fantastic and helpful, the location of the property in Manila is second to none. Alfa mart is at the bottom of the building, very convenient.
The staff in the building are rude and unhelpful. it's very difficult to have guests, because staff are fearful, they may sleep in the hotel. Always being questioned when you walk in the building. I felt i was being treated like a child.

Location ok if you need short distance to airport.
Staff was not very polite.
The apartment was pretty worn especially bathroom. You will hear all the noise coming from the airplanes when staying here.
Staff should never ask for sending personal ID via email. That is against Booking.com rules.
