This is one of the better condos I've stayed in Manilla. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and suited my needs and expectations. The host Kathy was very accommodating and friendly. The location is great, right across from various malls including the SM mall and mall of Asia and the view from the balcony was great. The apartment had 2 bathrooms in which I found to be very handy .
Although this was not relevant to me personally, I found the only dislike is that visitors must be pre-approved into the building. I do understand the security risks; however, I believe you should be able to have a visitor and or overnight visitor as long as you take responsibility without having to go through the motions of asking if you can have a visitor and or waiting for one to be approved. If you plan on having an overnight visitor at random you might just have some difficulty, if you get my drift .
