Near MOA and airport. Staff was super attentive. We didn’t have to wait 5 mins to check in. He approached us, checked us in early. It was super nice. Airconditioning worked fine.
It was clean, but it had small roaches even in the refrigerator. Caught a flyer on the elevator talking about the cockroaches problems they have there. And we were on the 17th floor. Also some furnitures were broken. Probably not for us, but it’s not good for the eyes.

The unit is clean, well-maintained and in a great location, which is a big plus. It has almost everything you need, especially if you plan to cook. There is also a washing machine, but unfortunately it was broken so we weren't able to use it even though we really needed it. The owner is very responsive and replies quickly to any concerns, which is another big advantage.
The washing machine should have been repaired before the unit was rented out, or guests should have been informed in advance that it was not working. This would have allowed us to plan accordingly.

Very small room. Room very musty smelling as I don't think it ever gets fresh air. Cockroaches in the room saw them coming out from behind bathroom tiles. Room requires maintenance as there was cracked plaster in a few places.
