The room was clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a toaster, microwave, kitchenware, refrigerator, and bottled water. We could easily prepare simple meals in the room. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, with hot water and a hairdryer provided. The bed was also very comfortable.
Most importantly, the service was excellent. Whenever we had any questions or issues, we received a prompt response and a helpful solution. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Check in: It was very smooth transaction. From booking to check in, we have not encountered any problem at all.
Parking: Parking slot was already fixed by Maam Jewel and upon arrival we comfortably parked in our ideal spot with no fuss.
Unit: The level of cleanliness of the unit removed all our tiredness from the long drive since we are coming from the North. Internet speed is superb that made it possible for me to check work while on vacation, TV working and with all the necessary app to keep our 8 yr old son occupied, AC is cold with a bonus ceiling fan(not that you need it but its there for added comfort), bed is excellently soft that makes you forget to go out of and bathroom that will show you the possibility of level of cleanliness that you would have not thought can be attained in a bathroom.
This unit can be considered as prime and preferred by everyone who values comfort, cleanliness, and convenience(since its near to everything) so I suggest that you book it with the exact days that you will stay in Manila and not make a mistake of extending another day or two only to find out that its not possible since its taken and scheduled for another guest. We made that mistake and paid the price dearly. So next time we promised to book this unit for 7 days and not 5 days only.
