El Spazzio Suite MOA is a privately managed 1-bedroom condominium at Shore 2 Residences, Tower 3, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, Metro Manila. Enjoy a comfortable private stay with a balcony overlooking the pool and convenient access to SM Mall of Asia, MOA Arena, SMX Convention Center, Manila Bay, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, concerts, casinos, and other attractions around the MOA Complex. The suite features a private bedroom, living and dining area, equipped kitchen, private bathroom, washing machine, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, television, and a private balcony with pool view. Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed, double-size loft bed, sofa bed, and Japanese-style foldable beds. All adults and children staying overnight must be included in the reservation and comply with the property's maximum occupancy and Shore 2 Residences registration requirements. The kitchen includes cooking utensils and essential kitchenware for basic meal preparation. Complimentary provisions may include drinking water, coffee, milk or creamer, and sugar. A washing machine, hair dryer, steam iron, towels, linens, shampoo, body soap, slippers, and other basic guest amenities are also provided. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay, and the television provides access to supported entertainment services such as Netflix and YouTube. Guests should not modify or log out of accounts provided by the property, and guests using personal accounts should remember to log out before departure. IMPORTANT CHECK-IN INFORMATION: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards. El Spazzio Suite is a privately managed condominium and does not have a dedicated 24-hour hotel reception desk. Shore 2 Residences requires building registration before guests can access the unit. A Guest Authorization Form (GAF) may be required for check-in. After booking, guests must promptly provide the requested names and identification details of all registered occupants so the required GAF and building registration can be prepared. Guests may be required to present the approved GAF together with valid identification to Shore 2 Residences lobby/security upon arrival. Failure to provide the required guest information before arrival may result in check-in delays. SELF CHECK-IN: The unit uses a smart door lock for self check-in. A unique access PIN will be provided after the applicable reservation, payment, guest registration, GAF, and check-in requirements have been completed. Upon arrival, guests must first follow Shore 2 Residences lobby and security registration procedures. After registration is completed, guests may proceed to the unit and use the provided smart-lock PIN. The access code must not be shared with anyone who is not included in the reservation. COMMUNICATION WITH YOUR HOST: After your reservation is confirmed, please communicate with El Spazzio Suite through the Vrbo messaging system. Vrbo messaging will be used for guest registration, GAF coordination, check-in instructions, smart-lock access, special requests, and other assistance related to your stay. Standard check-out is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on adjacent reservations and housekeeping schedules and must be approved in advance. Short extensions may be charged at PHP 300 per hour, while arrangements requiring an additional booking period may incur a higher charge. Children are welcome and parents or guardians are responsible for supervising them, particularly around the balcony, loft-bed area, swimming pool, elevators, and condominium common areas. Pets are not allowed, subject to applicable legal accommodation requirements. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and is permitted only on the private balcony. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests must respect neighboring residents and Shore 2 Residences rules. Only registered and authorized guests may stay overnight, and unauthorized overnight guests are prohibited. Guests are expected to treat the suite and its contents carefully and may be responsible for damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other costs beyond normal wear and tear. Please switch off lights, air-conditioning, television, and unnecessary electrical appliances when leaving the unit. Swimming pool access is subject to Shore 2 Residences rules, operating schedules, availability, and applicable fees and is NOT included free with the accommodation. Current pool fees are generally PHP 150 per guest/day on regular days and PHP 300 per guest/day on holidays, although fees and condominium policies may change. When available, the host may assist registered guests with pool-access arrangements. Parking is not automatically included and is subject to availability and applicable arrangements. Airport transfer assistance may also be available by advance arrangement, with van transfer generally around PHP 1,000 subject to driver availability, route, timing, and current conditions.
