84 Dr. Marcus is a newly constructed three unit building located in the more
locally populated Broadway neighborhood. The building was completed in May
2025 and it is your chance to be one of the first guests in this open and airy
space. The building offers off street parking, private decks, washer/dryer,
outfitted kitchens and BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! Just a seven minute walk to
Newport’s waterfront and downtown, the neighborhood itself is home to many
restaurants, shops and bars.
Dr. Marcus is a three unit building consisting of a one bedroom apartment, and
two bedroom apartments. This building is one of a kind offering the perfect
retreat for a wedding party, family reunion, or friend gathering with everyone
having their own private space, but also plenty of room to gather. The
building is dog friendly and can sleep up to 16 guests!! Please see individual
unit information for sleeping accommodations.

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive
an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the
doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.

Additional parking needs - Street Parking - There are no meters and no
residential parking sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots.

Parking is off street with one spot assigned per unit. If you have additional
guests, on street parking in the neighborhood is very easy to find.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything might need from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just send
