86 Broadway is an entire house consisting of three 2 bedroom apartments all
with full kitchens, pull out sofas, and private bathrooms. Located in the more
locally populated Broadway neighborhood, this dog friendly building is just a
seven minute walk to Newport’s waterfront, although the neighborhood itself is
home to many restaurants and coffee shops. This is the perfect place for a
group who wants to be together, but also enjoy some privacy. See below for a
breakdown of each individual unit.
Dr. Marcus is a three unit building consisting of two bedroom apartment style
units, with one unit located per floor. Recently “freshened up,” each space is
bright and clean with open concept floor plans. Each comes equipped with a
full kitchen, washer and dryer, newly installed mini splits and access to a
shared outdoor brick patio space. Below is the breakdown for each apartment:
Unit 1: First floor, 2 bedrooms, one queen size bed and two twin beds, pull
out sofa, renovated bathroom, kitchen, living room, and breakfast nook.

Unit 2: Second floor, 2 bedrooms each with queen size bed, pull out sofa, gas
fireplace, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining table (Sleeps 6)
Unit 3: Third floor, 2 bedrooms, one with queen size bed and two twin beds,
pull out sofa, bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining table. (Sleeps 6)

Windward Suites properties are all keyless, and instead use keypad smart locks
for all of the doors for both the buildings and units. All guests will receive
an email the morning of their arrival with the instructions, codes to the
doors and Wifi. Super easy!
Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please
be respectful of these times unless you have contacted us, as we have a
cleaning crew who need the time to do a thorough job before and after all of
our guests.
Parking is on street parking. There are no meters and no residential parking
sticker requirements which makes it easy to find spots.
While we want our guests to enjoy their privacy, we are also readily available
for anything you might need, from extra towels to dinner recommendations. Just
