Comfortable ground-floor apartment right in the middle of Alfama’s lively streets, where fado, tradition, and local life come together. The apartment was fully renovated and features a private patio with barbecue, a very comfortable bed and modern amenities.
It's only 2 min. away from the iconic Panteão Nacional and the train/metro station. There's a paid parking garage just 3 min away at the Terminal Cruise.

THE SPACE:
- Living Room
Cozy and functional, the living area features a sofa bed (suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children), a TV, and a glass dining table for three. While there are no windows, the front door opens directly onto the street — putting Lisbon’s daily rhythm right at your doorstep.
- Kitchenette
Tucked behind rustic wooden beams that add charm and character. Fully equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Ideal for prepping breakfast or a simple dinner after a day of exploring Alfama’s winding streets.
- Bedroom
Fitted with a comfortable double bed and connected to a small dressing area with a mirrored built-in wardrobe. This leads to a private inner patio, a rare find in Alfama, complete with a barbecue for relaxed meals under the sky.
- Bathroom
It was fully renovated and features a shower, toilet, and sink.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.
- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.
CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:
- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.
- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.
- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).
- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.
- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.
OTHER RULES.:
- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.
- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).
- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbours are prohibited.
- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
