About this apartment rental
Perfect apartment for a family or friends. In the middle of Alfama and Graça quarters, calm street, all services and transports nearby. Parking for free in the street of the apartment. Here you will feel as if you were in your own home.
This house is perfect for a family, 2 couples or even a group of friends.
The areas are spacious, so, you will feel comfortable here.
The apartment has a bedroom with a bed, a big window, a TV and a big wardrobe. The living-room is very spacious: it has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (see the photos), a very big TV with cable channels, WIFI and everything needed to a cozy leisure area. If you need an extra bedroom, the curtains can provide the necessary privacy and comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook and prepare your meals. It has a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, coffee machine and a toaster. There is also a washing machine (for clothes). The table is very big as well. The bathroom has a big shower with a window as well as everything else you will need: towels, shampoo, bathing gel and toilet paper.

Nice quiet place to stay. The appartment is pretty close to several amazing neighborhoods like Alfama, Bairro Alto and La Baixa (a 15 to 30 minutes walk) and from the amazing Miradouro de Graça. Parking is easy if you have a car (we used the EasyPark app to pay). The appartment was well furnished (iron ironing board, hairdrier, etc), although some things could be improved (we had to ask the owner to provide some more fans to ventilate the appartment properly, since there is no A/C, TV was just in portuguese and there was no way to connect it to the wifi, so no Netflix, Prime or other online movie platforms and ustensils were a bit scarce). All in all, we had a nice stay and recommend this place.

This is a great apartment in a convenient location to take advantage of everything Lisbon has to offer. It is less than a 10 minute walk to several bus stops and the train station. Manuela, our host, quickly addressed several small problems and is very communicative. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there are several restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. Also several small stores. If you want fancier fare, Marlene and Zum Zum with their Michelin stars are a 15 minute walk. The bed is comfortably firm and a nice breeze runs through the apartment (no AC). Fans are stored under the bed if you need them. Good pressure with lots of hot water in the shower. It IS in the city and there is occasional noise from the street and other apartments but nothing that interfered with our sleep. If you have mobility issues, the apartment is up one floor (no elevator) and the sidewalks are uneven cobblestones. You will walk up and down some hilly terrain to get anywhere. We would definitely stay there again.
