    I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time and politely asked whether an early check-in would be possible. The staff member was very unfriendly and simply told me it was not possible because the room was still being cleaned. I returned around 4 p.m., only to find that the room was extremely dirty, with hair everywhere and a disgusting bathtub. I reported the issue to the reception, and they arranged for the room to be touched up. Unfortunately, things got even worse. Throughout the entire night, there was a loud, persistent noise coming from what sounded like an air-conditioning motor or some other equipment, making it very difficult to sleep. The following day, I asked whether it would be possible to change rooms. The staff seemed confused, struggled to communicate in English, and simply told me to come back after noon. After such an unpleasant welcome and a terrible night's sleep, we decided to cut our stay short and leave the hotel one night earlier than planned. For a hotel that considers itself a five-star property, the level of service was completely unacceptable. The staff were unprepared, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. The room was dirty, noisy, and very basic. On top of that, the mini-fridge was not working, and there was a large stain on the pillowcase. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience, far below what I would expect from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property.
