    Stayed for 2 nights. Arrived in heavy rain and fully wet. Good service by the receptionist or front counter. Room with balcony, air condition, and cyling fan. Good water pressure. Recommended for stay

    The price is cheap, the location is beautiful, the vibe is great, and the environment is very comfortable. But the arrangement and service were really bad. First, the check-in time was supposed to be 3pm. We arrived around 4 or 5pm, but our rooms were still not ready, so we had to wait even longer to get our keys. Second, I already put in the remarks that we have an elderly person with us and requested a lower floor. In the end, they gave us rooms on the highest floor. It was very tiring for the elderly to climb the stairs with luggage. Also, the booking stated there is aircond. We booked 2 rooms—one room had it, but the other room didn't. And for the room that actually had aircond, the counter didn't give us the remote control! We had to walk all the way down again just to get it. Luckily the weather in Cameron Highlands is cool, so the room without aircond wasn't hot at night. Other than these issues, everything else was fine.
