The room was very clean & cold. Not dusty at all. Water heater & pressure in the bathroom was good as well. Overall had a pleasant stay with my loved one ❤️

Nice view and experience for the double queen bed...2nd time staying here...staff at counter is helpful...

How i wish its near. I would love to coma back

So much promise, really nice location, grounds very well kept etc. Booked a bus as the kids loved the idea of staying on one, unpacked and went to go and get food but door would not lock. Told reception, I thought I just couldn’t figure how to lock it but I was closing it right, it just doesn’t lock! I had just received a message from them after checking in to say make sure your room is locked and they are not responsible for missing belongings. The staff insisted it was fine that i leave it open. Told them i wasn’t happy and if it was fine then why send a message asking guests to make sure they lock their door. We got upgraded to a family suite. Where do I start. This is a 2 story cabin/house with a very steep metal case up to the bedroom. There was water seeping up from the floorboards in the bedroom resulting in pools of water…so step out of bed at night and you slip on the wet floor, combine that with the step metal staircase and I was praying my kids wouldn’t fall getting up bathroom at night. I left my bag on the floor and it was soaking before I realised that it was absorbing water from the floor boards. Thankfully I had removed the passports a bit earlier or otherwise they would have been ruined. You can hear absolutely everything from either side. Unfortunately for us there was a house of men watching a World Cup match until 1.30am. I asked reception to ask them to be quiet. They insisted the noise had stopped until I literally had to get dressed again and invite them in to hear the noise I could hear. Again kept insisting they couldn’t hear anything? So strange, like they were extreme gaslighting. I ended up going and knocking on the door myself and asking them to be quiet and thankfully they listened to me. We got 4 hours sleep in total as we were up early for a tour the next morning. This is not a relaxing quiet place to stay if that’s what you want. When I told about the floor they acted suprised when in fact it’s pretty obvious it’s a construction issue as the floorboards are warped from water damage. Again insisting problem was solved when it wasn’t. You can dry the floor but it doesn’t solve the problem. Wait another hour and there will be more pools. The shower water was also lukewarm at most, again staff insisted it was hot. We are travelling Malaysia for 3 weeks and this was actually the most expensive place we stayed but really not worth the money. If you want a good nights sleep, a hot shower and to be able leave your luggage or any items on the floor then don’t stay here.
