    Spacious, i would say for family with kids, its convenient. Got playground, breakfast spread good, recommended for those who looking for a hotel around tanah rata. But reserved guest parking was full In the night. Reception entrance not at ground floor, it is at Level 3. That the only comment i have. Otherwise, its a pleasant stay at Cameron Highland👍

    We frequently travel to CH and Avillion is one of our favorite hotel coz the room is spacious & clean. Nearby to the reflexology centre we normally visit. Easy to find food too. However, the coffee house where they serve food is lousy. Food is so & do. The worst part is the staff at the coffee house.. Very lazy & not attentive at all. Plates on table don't bother to collect, standing and chatting among them. Food trays not replenished on time. Utensils not available. Elderly people with walking stick have to wait long time before being seated & given seat far from the food station. This issue has been higlighted to front desk in a few ocassion but not much improvement. I hope the management will look into this issue seriously. This bunch of people with bad attitude spoils the hotel reputation. Only coffee house. Others ok
