The villa of 125 m², air-conditioned is located in a private driveway which has 11 houses.
It is 80 meters walk from the beach and 5 minutes from all shops
The house is rented for 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room and toilet, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large living room dining room which opens onto the terraces, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet
TV, WIFI.
The house has a very large terrace on the south side which allows you to enjoy the sun and rest.
Its fully fenced garden with an electric gate is Mediterranean with palm trees, pines, lemon tree, olive tree, fig tree, cactus....
The private driveway is closed at the bottom of the street by a gate that ensures the tranquility of the street
You can park 2 vehicles in the garden, or in the private street which is free.
I regularly live in this house, which allows me to equip it so that I can make sure that you will have a pleasant stay
You can do the shopping on foot (mini-markets, bakery, caterer, fishmonger, pharmacy, tobacconist, press house)
Close to hiking, diving club, maritime sports...
