Nice stay in Agay

The residence has an amazing view with a beautiful garden in front of the sea and a quite convenient location near the Esterel Calanques. The house has a well equipped kitchen and a nice patio outside.

Unfortunately we found the bastion completely dirty, we had to go to the supermarket to buy some detergents and clean it twice before living comfortably inside. We found hairs on the WC and on the floor, we found pieces of pasta of the previous renters. The bastion is very small also for 2 people. If you are a bit chubby you can’t enter in the toilet room.

The host was really nice and had prepared everything in our apartment, including things we needed for our baby (cot, high chair, baby bath). The location in the middle of the Esterel and close to the private beach is great!

The location is close to a fairly busy road which can be noisy during the day. At night noise was absolutely not a problem though. The apartment was very small, barely enough for two adults and a baby (who was sleeping in our room). Since the weather was nice we stayed mostly outdoors on the terrace or at the beach, so it was not a major problem. There are some mosquitoes outside. Not a big issue, but plan to bring some repellent spray :)

Good

The beach is 20 meters away, always lots of space, 2 beach beds and an umbrella are provided. Beautiful territory, lots of flowers, the terrace is closed from the others with the bushes and flowers. Food shops and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance. Great restaurant is just next to the beach straight on the water, fantastic sunset (just book it in advance). The stuff was helpful and nice.

It’s really small. I mean I should expect that - only 30 square meters. Lots of mosquitos are outside on the terrace, daytime too. A big suggestion - please include a cleaning every third day. The sand from the beach was everywhere, even in the bed. Wifi was terrible as everywhere in France.

Fantastic!

We have been in February 2020 with curfew at 18:00. We were looking for something not too crowded with the possibility to walk in the afternoon. The place is perfect for visiting Provence and Cote D'Azur there are different small villages close (within 1h by car) from there and some walking tour on the Esterel mountain or by the beach. During the evening it was lovely to spend some time on the private sand beach to see the sunset. The place is clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a nice bathroom. The staff has been really friendly and helpful.

I cannot complain about anything. There is one supermarket and few restaurants that we can reach without a car. Unfortunately most fo them were closed for dinner. Even the beach restaurant from the hotel was close, but I'm sure that this was only due to the covid restrictions and the winter period.

Little cottages are separated by lovely flora, so feel private. Small, but very clean. Very friendly staff. Very restful right in front of the sea.

The neighbor to the property was going crazy with loud hedge trimmers all day for three days! - but that was. No fault of Residence Agathos.

Wenn man viel draußen verbringen möchte und unternehmenslustig ist, dann geht’s. Für Badeurlaub mit einer max kleinen F

Die Lage ist bei Weiten das Beste an der Anlage, wow auch der „Privatstrand“ als abgezäunter Bereich. Na ja. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Unterkünfte brauchen dringend eine Renovierung. Alles muffig und abgewohnt. Küche zwar mit Spülmaschine aber sonst minimal ausgestattet. Quietschendes Metallbett. Viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Im Haus selbst hat dann maximal noch eine Person im Zustellbett der ebenfalls viel zu kleinen Wohnküche Platz.

Le personnel de la réception et du service technique ont été admirables par leur qualité d'accueil et leur volonté de traiter au mieux nos demandes malgré l'état des logements et des nuisances de la résidence dont il ne sont pas responsables. Localisation de la résidence avec accès direct à la plage, sa plage privée.

Les nuisances les plus importantes sont dues aux 2 paillottes situées sur la plage. Tout d'abord elles sont ravitaillées quotidiennement dans la résidence dès 07h30 par les livreurs qui longent les logements avec des transpalettes qui font un vacarme sur le chemin en gravier. Les odeurs de cuisine (persillades, poissons, fritures) dès 8h jusqu'à 23h30 qui inondent la résidence. Les poubelles de ces paillotes sont stockées à l'arrière donc dans la résidence qui créent des nuisances olfactives et en plus créent une invasion de rats dans la résidence. Nous avons dû demander la taille des haies pour ne plus avoir les aller-retour des rats sur la terrasse du logement. la taille du logement est très petite, très peu de rangements. Le nettoyage n'est pas à la hauteur des 60€ facturés, frigo salle, restes d'aliments dans le lave vaisselle, moisissures dans la salle de bains.

Anlage ist schön in der Bucht gelegt, tolle Strandbar, gepflegter Garten mit gro´ßer zentraler Wiese. Jedes Haus hat 2 Liegen und Sonnenschirm auch für Standnutzung

Privattstrand leider nicht sehr gepflegt, 50% Sand 50% organische Pflanzenmasse In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, dennoch ist die Ausstattung des Hauses sehr in die Jahre gekommen. "Schafzimmer-Bett" (quitschende Doppelpritsche mit 140 cm Breite) und Schlafzimmergröße (4 max 5 m²) eine ZUMUTUNG! Schafcouch in der Küche selbst für kleinere Kinder grenzwertig! diese 2."Bett" kann auch nur genutzt werden werden vorher der Tisch mit 4 Stühlen auf die Terrasse verlagert wird. Für Paare geeignet aber für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern einfach zu klein! die angegebenen 28 m² hätte ich gerne mal nachgemessen. Je haus auch nur 2 Liegen für den Strand

Très bon séjour ds l’ensemble

Le calme, normal en juin pas beaucoup de monde ! l’accès à la plage direct, l’accès aus commerces à pied , le parking privé non payant, les mojitos le soir au café restaurant devant la mer … et l’amabilité de notre réceptionniste … on retourne l’année prochaine … positif dans l’ens

Dommage , pas de bungalow avec 2 chambres ! Le lit grince!!! A changer !

Merveilleux site pieds dans l'eau.

Pas de petit déjeuner car nous pouvions le faire sur place (existence d'une cuisine équipée). Le site géographique est prodigieux (accès direct plage et mer). Les bastides individuelles préservent intimité et tranquillité.

La propreté, l'équipement et le confort pourraient être améliorés concernant l'intérieur des bastides. Peut-être prévoir à l'avenir un rafraîchissement, même si cela reste vivable. Rien à dire de négatif par contre sur l'extérieur car le site est très beau et le parc très bien entretenu.

Résidence privée au bord d'une plage idyllique (juste une pelouse à traverser). Très proche d'une supérette et de plusieurs restaurants. Terrasse confortable Très bon accueil
