Staff were very helpful and friendly, location was great for a hub to explore the city, the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was so clean it looked brand new! Bed was very comfortable
The only downside was that the shower pressure wasn't great. It's also worth mentioning that there are some stairs to get to the foyer with no lift so if you have a heavy bag or are less mobile it might be tricky - however this didn't impact our stay and the hotel staff are very helpful with your bags if you ask.
