Demetra Hotel

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and the breakfast excellent. It is located very close to Termini train station and Termini and Republica Metro stations. Where they fell short was the beds and pillows which were very hard, the television didn't work, not all aspects of the shower were working and the directions unclear and the housekeeping staff did not replace the tea and coffee in the room or change the used cups. That and the view from our window was air conditioning units.

Clean rooms, courteous staff

We enjoyed our stay. With three beds in the room, there isn’t a whole lot of space around the luggage. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious and clean — water pressure was amazing in the shower. Great restaurants across the street. An American breakfast joint is right next door. We walked to all of the tourist sites from the hotel. We were a little confused during our first entry into the building. The sign read that customer service was on the first floor. We had to go up a full flight of stairs to get to the first floor. Nothing major. Just something for other folks to know when they are looking to check in.

Very clean room. Stayed for 3 nights , all staffs were nice and kind. Especially Ramona she was very caring for us and provided best customer service . Hotel location is very convenient to access all attractions.
